New building codes in Denver will ban natural gas furnaces and water heaters in new commercial and multifamily construction starting in 2024 in a move that officials said demonstrates the city's commitment to reaching "zero" emissions in two decades.

Advancements in power management continue to be popular with new and existing boiler sites. One method to curb large power jumps is to modulate power using an SSR control. Energy is eased in to the boiler at a rate to balance the energy leaving the boiler.
