Simple methods are available to stage power in most every model at Reimers. A controller monitors the required settings and releases power in steps to offset demand.
Another means is to use SSR control to almost infinitely control the power released. An SSR pulses power through one or more heating elements. The difference from staging is the contactor snaps every time the power is applied with staging controls. With SSR the contactor just closes once, the SSR softly releases the power as needed. This give a near infinite turndown ratio.
