With fuel oil systems there are chimney and tank costs and ongoing maintenance issues.  Water is an enemy to both, the fuel can be compromised leading to shut downs and repairs.  Stacking will rust out when rain and condensation contact metal surfaces.  Electric boilers offer a great option.  Floor space is saved with electric boilers and there are no stacks or tanks to worry about.  Provide an electric service and water line and the steam is ready to be created by the clean no emission electric boiler.  See Reimers boiler options here Electric Steam Boilers .
