To meet your wine or beer production and testing requirements we have standard boilers, and the ability to customize boilers.  Craft Brew, Wine, and Distilling Electric Boilers Our market is for laboratory, small to medium barrel production rather than large production facilities. Our boiler models are narrow and compact, able to glide through a small doorway. Reimers electric boilers are the most simple to install. For sizing purposes approximately 10KW of energy will be needed per barrel produced. There is no chimney or outside venting required. All Reimers electric boilers are designed and made with the ASME, UL, and Canadian code requirements.

Application and processes include brewing (hot liquor and mash), sanitization, sterilization, kegging, canning and bottling.  A well designed steam system utilizing a Reimers electric boiler will help get the right amount of steam when needed.

Brewery steam requirements can double or triple in short time. Electric boilers can generate steam fast enough and provide high efficency since the energy is all put in to the vessel. There are no chimney losses or combustion issues.
