Boilers made at Reimers are designed to ASME code andtested and labeled to ASME, National Board, and UL cUL safety standards.On-site inspectors check each boiler and sign off on components and operation.Inspectors must qualify on an annual basis and participate in quarterlytraining to maintain their certification. Carbon steel and stainless vesselsare fabricated, feed water pumps and condensate tanks are available with blowdown systems. Blowdowns can be automatic or manual. Blowdown tanks are availablein closed and open design. Closed tanks contain all steam and water until itcools to meet a low temperature meeting code for draining to sewers.
