Condensate and Blowdown Tanks

Tanks are often overlooked in the boiler system.  Reimers offers many types that are intended to save the operator money, and  convenience.     Closed tanks can be used in areas where running an outside vent pipe is costly or impossible.  The boiler connects directly to the tank, receives    blowoff, and holds it until it cools for dumping.  The boiler connects directly to the tank, receives blowoff, and holds it until it cools for    dumping. Open tanks are directly connected to the boiler and can be used in areas where running an outside vent pipe is possible, or where an aftercooler    is installed.

Many trim options are offered to meet code or process functions.  Multiple sizes are made in various pressure ratings.  Did you know that a 6    or 12 gallon closed tank can receive multiple blowdowns before dumping any water?  Ask Reimers what size is correct for you.   Unvented Boiler Blowoff Tanks      Vented Boiler Blowoff Tanks
